Valentine’s Day fell during this week, so there are a couple of pix devoted to that pseudo-holiday. The whole week was one big jumble of nothing. It was a bit rainy, and early in the week, it was cold! Cold for Florida at least, falling into the low 20s.

Catacombs? cool – but where?

I was using some poetic license. Not so much catacombs, as it is a prison and fort. The pix were taken at Fort Pickens near Pensacola, FL. The fort dates back to the 1820s, and was at one time a prison where Geronimo was held. It’s now a historic venue at Gulf Islands National Seashore.
