After several weeks of stress and frustration, I finally had a chance to get away and let go of all my troubles. I headed to the beach.
It’s like going camping. I brought a chair and blanket; a windbreak umbrella; a cooler full of lunch, drinks and snacks; a good book; sunscreen and a wide-brim floppy hair; sunglasses; a boogie board to float on; and sand shoes. It’s a wonder I could haul all of that across the beach.
Once ensconced in my little nest, I simply sat back and soaked in the sun. It was like a weight lifted off my shoulders, even if only for a few hours.
My good day is spent outside, breathing in fresh air, and breathing out worries.

Beaches are my happy place…and I’m so glad that you took us along with us this time.
Plus, I like thinking that we are on Florida beaches about the same time. xo
