Some days you simply need a cooler head to look at a situation and tell you to calm the hell down. My brain is a jumble, and right now it feels like a tangled mess that I can’t unravel.
I’m extremely distracted and am having a difficult time concentrating on anything longer than a few minutes. It’s as if the world is racing around me at light speed, and I’m slogging through molasses.
There is a resolution to this, but it won’t come until next week. Just enough time to either develop an ulcer or realize I’m being ridiculous. I’m hoping for the ridiculous, because I am this ][ close to a total meltdown.

Worry is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.

Oh gosh, I hope everything turns out okay. I’m sorry you’re having a rough time!

I hate worry. It’s so destructive….but inevitable.
I hope everything turns out ok. xoxo

I am so glad to hear I’m not the only one who freaks out and probably worries over some things more than they have to. I’ve just been through such a situation Tara…..but it worked out fine. I’m sure I’ll have something else to worry about. I hope you feel better about things VERY soon sweetie. Oh the things we put ourselves through….STRESS! ~Joy

The thing is a few of the things I freaked out about definitely happened…sooo…
Though I do give myself the “what is the worst that can happen” speech…& usually the worst does not occur.

It’s so easy to tell ourselves not to worry, and that it will do no good. But stopping worrying is easier said than done. Hope a good resolution comes soon.

Worry is such an insidious thing. Sometimes, I know I’m worried, but have no clue what I’m worried about. It helps me if I decide what I will do if the worst happens. Sometimes the solution is fairy simple, and once I have it, I can relax.
Sending big hugs your way. I hope you are able to set aside your worry. Freaking out is never good, and besides, it can be fattening.

Hugs. To whatever it is troubling you. It’s only human nature to be troubled, no? I could insert a million troubles I’m having myself but know that you aren’t alone. I hope both you and I are just plain ridiculous. Much love, Tara.
