For the past few years, I’ve had the honor of moderating Two Word Tuesday and The Darkroom for Our Write Side. With the support and participation of our friends there, OWS has enjoyed tremendous growth. To address that, a little restructuring and reformulating has been brewing.

Beginning next week, May 1 and 3, Two Word Tuesday and The Darkroom (Thursdays) are moving to Thin Spiral Notebook, and I will host these prompts from here. To participate in these prompts, post your submission either on your own website and add a link to that post with Mr. Linky or if you don’t have your own site, simply leave your story in the comment section of that particular prompt.

To have your story promoted on Facebook and possibly the Our Write Side reader blog, you can also add a link, or your story on the Our Write Side Facebook group page. I’ll then choose a story from that week’s submissions to be posted on the OWS website. I will also promote entries to both prompts, as well as the 100 Word Challenge, to my Facebook page.

All the rules and regulations (there aren’t many and I don’t enforce them to harshly anyway) can be found in the Writing Prompts link in the nav bar at the top of this page.

Don’t forget, the 100 Word Challenge is still available here for inspiration each Wednesday. Submissions for that writing prompt can also be left as a comment, a link to your story on your website or added to Mr. Linky, or as a comment on Thin Spiral Notebook Facebook page.

So, remember… Two Word Tuesday, 100 Word Challenge on Wednesdays and The Darkroom on Thursdays can all be found at Thin Spiral Notebook beginning May 1.
