You know that weird tickle on the back of your neck when you feel like someone is watching you? The feeling that intensifies if you do something klutzy, like tripping over the crack in a sidewalk.
It’s been one of those days when nothing seems to go right. I can’t shake my accident-prone awkwardness. Maybe it’s the moon phase or the influence of the winter equinox, but whatever it is, it’s putting a significant crimp in my ability to get off a good shot.
Even the seagulls, notorious busybodies, give me side-eyes, judging my normally excellent assassination skills.
