The Friday started out cool. At least for NW Florida this time of year, it was cool. By the time I got to Camp Helen State Park for my photo hike, it was steamy hot. The day was still beautiful, even if it was like a sauna. Camp Helen is a lovely park that offers the best of two worlds – gorgeous, white sand beaches and a deep canopy of woodlands. The shade was a welcome haven from the mid-day sun.

I like the bug shot but sand photographs so well.

As usual, your photography is spot on and top drawer – but my two faves are the beach shots – especially the one with the pier gone to ruin.

What a blessing to be able to walk in nature, Tara! We’ve been enjoying some great weather where I live with gentle showers and sunshine. 🙂 Your photos, as always are great!

Oh boy, we’ve had sauna over a month now, still a couple of days more and then we should get some rain and cooler weather (I don’t miss neither!)…
But I could have a swim in ‘your’ sea….. 🙂
