Saturday was a miserable rainy day. Not just wet, but relentless rain and thunder. More of the same is expected on Sunday and Monday. So much for an early spring – thanks Phil.
I took the opportunity to work on my indoor photography, something I truly loath. I fished out my bounce flash, but didn’t want to forge the river that my driveway became to fetch my tripod.
With the unstable spring weather (and summer, winter and fall), I really should get out more than one day a week to take photos. Is it too late for a New Year resolution?

You have such a keen eye. Love the books and the keyboard, both the subjects and the angles. Great work. Thanks for sharing.

Are those “cigar” shells, candy, or what in that first picture?

Those are actually the blunt ends of a container of toothpicks, but they do look a little like ‘cigar’ shells.

Never too late for new year resolutions in my opinion. I quite like indoor photography, it presents it’s own challenges for sure but I like that

Tara! First, I am so glad to see you again. I smiled from ear to ear as I clicked on your name! What a delight!
And second, GREAT JOB! I hear you about loathing it! I have been trying so hard to start liking it more since I have to use it at weddings frequently.
Hope your Sunday (and your whole week actually) is fabulous!
Hurry up Spring!
Love, Becky
