The storms are gone from the Florida Gulf Coast, and this Labor Day weekend is the last tourist holdover. I headed out to the beach again and the local fishing pier. TS Isaac chased off the shore birds, the herons and pelicans were gone from the pier, but I did catch sight of a couple of dolphins playing in the surf.

These pictures reminded me of childhood days when my parents would take us on vacation to the gulf shores. The sand is so lovely and the sand dunes were fun to play in.
We just got our power turned back on from the storm.

In all my years of living up there and going to the beach, I never saw dolphins.

You had Isaac and in Malaga, Spain they had terrible fire in the woods…
