Stick a fork in me… I’m done! November 30 dawned bright and early, but I successfully completed both National Novel Writing Month and National Blog Posting Month. More than 50,000 words have been typed and validated, and 30 daily posts were published… with only a few concurrent entries.
If you’re interested in reading my NaNoWriMo rough draft, check out “Where’s George” under My Notebook tab on the pages nav bar up top.
When I say ‘rough draft,’ I mean really rough. I still have lots of edit, and re-writing, re-editing and gnashing of teeth to do, but the framework is there.
To all my fellow word-nerds who participated in NaNoWriMo and/or NaBloPoMo congrats for both the amazing effort, and if you completed the project for the awesome perseverance. Give yourselves a pat on the back. Let’s all do it again next year.

Better late than never: congrats! I knew we could do it! 🙂

You deserve some kind of huge award, something I’m not capable of bestowing. But I’m sitting here applauding. I will now check out “Where’s George.”
