100 Word Challenge: Favorite

As much as I like to write (big) words, I like taking (pretty) pictures even more. Over the past year, I have published at least one of my own photos for each of my written posts. The gallery represents the top 12 images from 2017. (Based on the number of Likes each photo received from you, my dear friends.)

I hope that with the new year, I will be able to get out for more of my beloved photo hikes. They have been few and far between lately.

For this week’s writing prompt tell us about a favorite… something, anything… from 2017. Tell about a book you enjoyed, a poem, a song, or movie. Who is your favorite person to spent time with or who was your favorite person you met for the first time this year. Tell us about your pets or your hobbies. What are your favorite foods (or drinks) or places to visit? What is your favorite time of day, or favorite season of the year?

What are your favorite things?

“When the dog bites, when the bee stings When I’m feeling sad, I simply remember my favorite things, And then I don’t feel so bad” Oscar Hammerstein, “My Favorite Things.”

This week’s word is:

Favorite

What to do:

Using “favorite” for inspiration, write 100 Words – 100 exactly – no more, no less. You can either use the word – or any form of the word – as one of your 100, or it can be implied. Include a link in your post back here, and add your story to the Mister Linky list. If you don’t have a blog, you can leave your submission in the comment section, or as a Facebook status post. Remember to keep spreading the love with supportive comments for your fellow Wordsters.
