100 Word Challenge: Dance

My oldest child began the last year of her twenties earlier this month, and she and I had a little adventure to celebrate this week.

On Tuesday night, she and I attended a concert together at an outdoor venue with nearly 10,000 of our closest friends.

She and I sang at the top of our lungs, danced, screamed, laughed, caught confetti, swooned a little over the well-buffed, shirtless lead singer who meandered up into the stands where we were sitting, and had an all-around amazing time.

Having adult kids takes Mommy and Me outings to a whole new level.

This week’s word is:

Dance

What to do:

Using “dance” for inspiration, write 100 Words – 100 exactly – no more, no less. You can either use the word – or any form of the word – as one of your 100, or it can be implied. Include a link in your post back here, and add your story to the Mister Linky list. If you don’t have a blog, you can leave your submission in the comment section, or as a Facebook status post. Remember to keep spreading the love with supportive comments for your fellow Wordsters.
