Bare bones

trifecta meetup

Business first… Saturday I got to finally meet several of my favorite writers when a few members of Trifecta got together for lunch. (Clockwise, from bottom left: Lisa (Trifecta founder), me, Jessie, Scott, Jessie and Scott’s two chillin’, Deana and Lance’s two chillin,’ Deana, and Lance.) Thanks to our server Josh for being such a good sport and taking our family photo.

While the rest of the gang went back to the beach, or headed home or other parts unknown, I begged off of the crowds and went back the Bay Flats for my weekly photo hike. The tide was higher than usual, so I got the added pleasure of wading knee deep along the shore as I climbed over and around the bleached bones of fallen trees.
