Just as the morning sun set the sky ablaze, he would kindle a spark in her heart. She’d melt at the sight of the sunrise, he knew she would.
She’d fall in love with him as easily as he fell for her. She’d see he did everything for her, for them. She’d understand the extremes he went through so they could be together, and love him all the more.
He was the only man who could give her the life she deserved, a life with him.
If she’d only wake up. It would ruin everything if she never woke up.

Ooh, I hope she wakes up too!
Oh no….I hope she wakes up.
I sense a murder mystery a-brewing. This? Great take on the prompt, Tara.
Ouch. You can tell he’s seeking forgiveness for something even before he gets to that end. But then the end is awful for her and funny at the same time.
perfect twist on emotions and that yearning in one person for another. good job.
