There is an Isak Dinesen quote: “The cure for anything is saltwater, sweat or tears.” I often go to the beach to “recharge” my energy. Good luck with your site, your poems are lovely.

Thanks so much. I can really relate to this quote too! I am just about to go running in the rain. Not quite salt water but hopefully it will be refreshing! 🙂
