On the edge

water droplet on green leaf

I’m right here, right at the edge. Waiting for that little nudge, or shove, to push me over the last hurdle.

Perched on the precipice of greatness or an abyss of endless regret. I’m poised to fall or fly, I just don’t know which it will be.

Maybe I’ll stay here for a while longer. Measuring my options, play-acting through all the possibilities, and what ifs. You can never be too careful. The wrong choice, and there might be no turning back.

Say, I take that plunge, and all my dreams come true. What will I dream of then?

I’m grateful for:

  1. People who push me when I need a shove
  2. People who will catch me when I fall
  3. Big dreams
