A clown with a temper, he does what he wants without fear from his laird. His purpose is to mock with humor, to say what everyone wants to say, but can’t.
A few court sycophants think him a dull fool, but he has a rapier wit and even sharper tongue. He can cut through chicanery with surgical precision, exposing the foul pith of those rotten to the core.
While he cuts deep and without compunction, he can make his liege laugh until he holds his sides, tears of joys rolling down his cheeks.
The jester, the jocular joker, of kings.

that jester – he is something! 🙂
