I ambled around Eden Gardens State Park this week, enjoying the nature trails there – a hidden treasure that not many people realize are there. The park’s main feature is the rose and camellia gardens, and the old estate, Wesley House. It’s all very Antebellum. The paths were free of traffic, and the weather, for a change, was beautiful.

These pictures all have such a warm, spring-like feel to them! I especially love the shot looking up into the tree.

I prefer the moss photographs, since it reminds me of my two places that I call home. Lovely outing, TR.

But what is that down right? pine cone?

Once they mature, yes, those will be pine cones. Right now, they are smaller than your thumbnail.

Nature is always so overwhelming in her beauty. Today, when I walked on my terrace (roof) I was so distracted by squirrels, a unique bird that looked like a sparrow, crows and pigeons, and of course, the golden setting sun.
Always a treat to visit your blog, Tara, I love how you keep changing the header!
