Greek chorus regulars

dive bar

White water rings, left by sweaty mugs of beer, shimmer on the oak bar like halos from stage lights. Gleeful asides from the Greek chorus regulars sustain the drunken drama until last call.

The Trifextra challenge this weekend is: Use water, ring, stage, plus 30 words of our own

    1. I’ve always thought of bar regulars as a sort of Greek chorus, commenting on everything that was going on in the bar – like Norm and Cliff on Cheers.
