A canvas of sand
Landscapes of yellow and gold
A paintbrush on legsAn unblinking eye
Still images, stolen time
An orange sherbet skyCapturing moments
Memories held in my hand
Locked inside my heart

It’s funny about photography (Lovely Haiku, btw) – the Art in photography is often overlooked – the things it preserves are sometimes taken for granted. It isn’t until the photograph becomes an historical document that we begin to appreciate what it truly does – it memorizes us and our environment. Forever.
