“Never look backwards or you’ll fall down the stairs.” ~ Rudyard Kipling

We can’t change our past, we can only learn from it. There is nothing accomplished by replaying our mistakes or regrets. We can learn from our “could’ves” and “should’ves.” We’ve got to keep moving forward and up, or all that baggage will paralyze us.
Don’t let the past define you. and weigh you down. Use it, climb over it like a stepping stone.
Never look back.
I’m grateful for:
1. Handrails
2. Neighborhood sidewalks
3. Sturdy walking shoes
4. Elevators

I, too, am grateful for handrails. I don’t bounce so good anymore.

Neither do I, and since losing weight, the padding is even gone.

Handrails are great! And so is making our mistakes, noting what NOT to do and then moving on 🙂

I’m not sure if I should keep looking at that photo! It’s making me dizzy 🙂 Great shot.
Handrails are a good thing; now I just need to remind my goofy, silly little guy to use them instead of barreling down the stairs without regard to the bottom.

Those stairs are very steep, and I have to use the rail, else I’d be a lump at the bottom.
