As part of the Shutter Sisters One Word Project, each month features a new word, captured in a photo.
For January, my word is “Promise.” A word that has so much meaning for me. The promise of a new year, the promise of happiness for my family, the promise of better health, the promise of a new beginning for me as an artist and writer.
There are promises I have made to myself, ones that I may share at some point, but for now… the new year is offering me a chance to fulfill these promises, a chance I don’t want to waste.
